The Friends of St. Joseph’s Residence Foundation

Supporting compassionate care for the elderly and so much more…

The Friends of St. Joseph’s Residence is the fundraising foundation for St. Joseph’s Residence. Their main focus is to raise funds that ensure the legacy of a vibrant Spiritual Care program that meets the spiritual needs of the Residents served, including:

• A much-needed End of Life Care program that provides support not only to the dying resident, but to their loved ones as well,

• A Spiritual Care Coordinator trained to recognize the needs of each resident and devise a plan to meet these needs,

• A regular and diverse schedule of religious services.

Volunteer!

The Volunteer Program supports staff in providing care to the residents and assists residents in maintaining community contact.  Volunteers are people of all ages and from all walks of life with a sense of commitment, compassion, and community.  They give freely of their time and talents in a chosen area to provide services that money cannot buy, giving warm friendship and individualized, holistic care.
